2. Did I get the wrong item?
Send us a photo of the item you received with your order number and name to: support@calzadosbrun.com
We guarantee 100% replacement / resend of the correct item you ordered.
LOST / MISSING PACKAGE
1. I received by tracking number but the tracking is stuck?
Please allow up to 1 week for some tracking details to update. There are cases where customers have received their package before updating their tracking. This is due to technical errors in the postal tracking system. * It's something we have no control over.

2. Has it been a while and I have not received my package?
Postal services make mistakes from time to time and packages get lost. As these are covered, our shipping insurance for all orders. It is our responsibility to make sure you receive your package. We will take care of this for you.
